These terms cover your use of NuaNest. By making an account or using a list, you agree to them.

What NuaNest is

NuaNest is a free tool for making and sharing gift lists. We don’t sell anything ourselves. When you buy a gift, you buy it from the shop, and that shop’s own terms, delivery and returns apply.

How we make money

Many links on NuaNest are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, the shop may pay us a small commission. It never changes the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate, NuaNest earns from qualifying purchases.

Prices and stock

We check prices and stock regularly, usually every day, but they can change at the shop at any time. The price at the shop when you buy is the one that counts.

Your list

You’re responsible for what you add to your list and who you share it with. Please don’t add anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Reservations

Reserving a gift is a friendly heads-up to other guests, not a purchase. We can’t guarantee that two people won’t buy the same thing, but the list does its best to prevent it.

Liability

We provide NuaNest as it is and work hard to keep it running smoothly. We aren’t responsible for the shops we link to, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
